Only recently switched from Calor thier lpg pricing had gotten ridiculous & don't get me started on thier total lack of customer service. Stephen who was dealing with our switch was helpful & professional & made the switch easy & uneventful. I've had good customer service throughout & our 1st delivery was on time & the driver was lovely.

The reason for choosing and remaining with Northern Energy is that I am always able to speak with a member of staff whenever I call up. There is no automated system or push to find your answers via a website or chatbot.
Each representative of Northern Energy I have met personally or spoken with has been polite and helpful.

This company is professional, effective, & really came to my aide in a critical moment. I was being held over a barrel with a supplier as I was out of contract & out of gas; they would only fill my tank at an extortionate price & only if I signed a new contract - Avanti gas beware! I was in a dilemma but upon looking around Kettlewell fuels under Northern energy came to my rescue. They supplied my gas, sorted a good contract quickly, which I am really pleased with & the customer service was amazing. I really look fwd to the next 2 yrs under this contract with such a great team.

"Beyond five stars!"
This is such a lovely Company to deal with. Customer Service is beyond 5 stars, phones are answered immediately, and the team are so helpful. They have supplied my heating oil for over 10 years, never cancelling a delivery because of the weather, even though we live up in the sticks. They have a computer re-ordering system that lets you know when you may need a delivery and will send you a text. If you don't need that delivery or need it sooner, just call them and they will put it forward or back, nothing is too much trouble.
