"Order was late and company ignored my email"

Ordered a pair of trousers and chose next day delivery using Royal Mail Tracked 24 at a cost of £4.99

The order was sent using Evri which is a 2-5 day service in my area, meaning my order arrived later than I required.

I contacted the company to ask why but they ignored my email, so I won't be shopping with them again.

What's the point of offering different shipping options at checkout if orders are sent using a random method?

"Poor customer service"

A few months back, I ordered an order of over £400 for my partner. He was starting a new job and needed a whole new office wardrobe. The clothes were fantastic, great quality. Unfortunately, nothing looked right on my partner due to his build. I returned this order the following day via evri collection, suggested by BC4U. A few weeks later I contacted them to see why I had not been refunded, the evri tracking confirms collection from my home and nothing further. I was told a week later they'd need to raise a ticket with evri, this was over three weeks ago. I've chased since, with no response. It's pretty bad customer service, can someone please resolve my issue?

"Unacceptable experience. BC4U Financial worries? No refunds being processed."

My experience with this company has been far from satisfactory. I made a £100 order which I returned 6 weeks ago. It's now been six weeks and I still haven't received my refund. The customer service has been unresponsive to my emails. The delay and lack of communication are unacceptable. I'm thoroughly disappointed with this service. I’ll never shop here again. Give me my money back!

"Month long waiting time for refund"

I made a £200 order on the Thursday, paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 to ensure delivery the next day. Big Clothing 4 U had still not sent the item out by Tuesday, I asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount.

They ignored this and sent out "my" order the following day on the Wednesday, using Evri, a delivery partner that I do not use.

The parcel was received on the Thursday, containing a different customer's order, addressed to me. The invoice was packaged showing the items including the intended recipient's details.

I advised customer support through Whatsapp (foolishly thinking that I would get a quicker response). I was advised that I would need to return this item, using Evri again, and had to pay the £5 shipping fee to return an order that a) I wanted to cancel and b) wasn't even mine. I was told that this fee would be refunded to me.

The item was sent back the following day.

2 weeks passed and I kept asking for a status on my refund, I was ignored and every attempt to email, I was told that I had to forward it on to another email address, because apparently, they can't do this themselves to improve their customer experience.

5 weeks have now passed, I am still without my refund and the only excuse I have been given is that the "accountant" has not gotten round to my return yet, due to delays. I have however been offered a store credit with 10-15% extra, to avoid them having to dip into their own money.

Wholly unacceptable waiting times, very poor customer service. I have been assured that my return policy is unaffected as I sent back all items within 2 days of receiving them, now it just feels like I am being strung along until the returns period has passed and they will refuse my money.

I feel extremely exploited and ripped off, I don't feel like I have been valued at any step of the customer journey and with my messages asking for updates regarding the refund left on read and left unanswered, I can tell that this company cares very little for it's customers.

Very disappointing.

"This lot have a confusing array of…"

This lot have a confusing array of connected websites and charge at least £3 to return an item no matter how small. If the quality of the products were higher I might not make such a fuss, but won't use again. Also customer service is very poor. They don't reply to emails and phone service is only available 9-5 Mon-Fri & is often busy




Have now spoken with a nice chap on their customer service line. He informs me that if I pay the £3 return charge they will credit me with that once the package is received. Said the website can be like that some times. Nice chap but seems like they got their IT stuff from Mickey Mouse.

"I love this place"

I love this place, great quality love the size it goes up to and delivery is quick i have been shopping with these over 2 to 3 years I would never shop anywhere else. A few times they’ve send the wrong sizes to me but was easy enough to send back and return and they gave me two options store credit or refund to my bank account the only thing is, they don’t do too much of xxl in shorts only above
