Eight weeks since I posted my returns to this scammer. I know he has them because I was offered store credit instead of my money back.No emails answered and no chance of getting through on the phone.This amounts to online abuse of trust and we can't have online abuse can we?!!!.Look at all the others in the same position who simply can't get their money back.This business is run by a ..well you do your homework and you'll see what i mean. Please don't make the same mistake as me and many others.The owner of this company hasn't been able to work out that treating customers with contempt will affect his bottom line.Such an amateurish approach.I hope Touker Suleyman realises how this reflects on his reputation, unless he's already jumped ship.

"Order never came, money and product in purgatory!"

I ordered a suit from them for £125 on the 9th of November with fast tracked delivery to avoid before my graduation on the 14th. I received two confirmation emails where one said there would be an email sent with my order tracking once it ships. Several days pass and no email comes through, after 7 emails and countless phones that got automated replies and no pick ups, my graduation passed and i moved on to try and find out where my order is so i can get a refund at least... on the 16th they tried to claim that they had tried to deliver it but I wasnt in (which is a lie there is someone who lives in the house at all times and would have answered the door) they then said they would try to send it 2 more times before taking it back.,... hilarious when i ask for it to not be delivered now and to be refunded. Since then, I heard nothing, so 2 more emails and i finally get a response saying they will refund it once it comes back to them and this time they finally included a tracking link. This tracking link shows that evri has had the parcel since the 10th of November and it has been on its way back to the company since the 17th of November. I asked for an update 2 days ago and got the default automated email response and nothing since then. The phone support is never reachable no matter what time of day I call in, i'm not sure it really exists. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU IN PURGATORY!!!

BC4U use to be a good company . But now they take your money , don't dispatch , don't inform you the item isn't available. Don't answer your emails . I got PayPal involved and they gave me store credit without my consent. PayPal once again stepped in and a refund has now been approved. 4 weeks making interest on my money . Will never use this company again .

"Still awaiting refund two months on!"

I ordered a waistcoat. It didn't fit and I returned it. Heard nothing. Got in touch with them they'd received it into their warehouse. This was two months ago. I have sent around 10 emails and received assurances but the message is their finance department has a backlog. Last email received was four weeks ago saying they'd get back to me. Still nothing. I feel the money is lost. NEVER NEVER shopping with them again.

Refund is taking forever, I was offered in store credit, but need the money to purchase elsewhere. Never going to use again!

"Bit of a Shambles"

As a tall man I had high expectations but it's been a bit of a shambles unfortunately. I ordered four pairs of trousers - two with a 36" leg and two with a 38" leg but unfortunately only one pair fitted. I returned the other three pairs on 26th September in line with the instructions on the website and yet I am still awaiting a refund eight weeks later. I followed up with an email including photographs and all relevant details. Receipt of the three returned items has been acknowledged, and the refund amount agreed upon, but still nothing. Don't recommend, and won't use again. Shame.

"All is well if you dont need to return something"

I have really tried to give this company the benefit of the doubt and have spent a lot of money with them in the last couple of years however they just cannot get their returns service right.
They use the worst courier going (as per the recent news article), EVRI who on two separate occasions have lost my return parcel.

BC4U then seem to think its expected that YOU, the customer chase EVRI. I am still waiting for a return that was sent on 6th October to be dealt with. The companies response to emails is poor and I have to quote consumer law at them to get them moving on my refund.

I will not be shopping with them again.

I bought 3 shirts for my son in September and returned one that wasn’t suitable. I opted for a refund until I found another to replace it and after two phone calls to customer service I have still not received my money from the ‘finance department’!
It is now the middle of November
