SCAM!!! What a rip off this place is. Placed orders late November to try different sizes. Arranged evri returns but evri system wouldn't recognise the qr codes on the labels. Emailed with zero response. Found that the faqs had been updated to say there was an issue with the courier and to send by post which would be refunded. I have a screen shot from 20th Dec. So I chose good faith and sent these by royal mail tracked service. I have confirmation my packages were returned to the address on 11th Jan. I emailed this week to confirm receipt and was given a very abrupt email advising it had gone into liquidation and was under new management who were not liable for anything from the previous ownership. A quick look at the directors details on gov website shows he is director of various companies all registered at the same address. Either this guy is Alan Sugar or an absolute con artist. I also can't find an active bc4u on companies House.
To the company, I don't want your b**lshit standard reply. Give your customers proper answers if you value their custom that much.

A complete rip off! I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company. I bought a jumper which was too small so I returned it but nothing! All my attempts to contact the company have failed and it looks like they have gone into administration. Avoid at all cost!

This company is robbing people’s money and refusing to acknowledge or give money back for returned clothes, it’s happened time and time again absolutely scumbags. Still owed over £100 for clothes i returned over a month ago, communication from them is atrocious.

Worse than crap. Like others, returned items for Herpes to lose them, Was offered a refund eventually but have now received the automatic email as others. What a bloody joke.
Have raised issues through PayPal so see how that goes.

"Ripped off"
Well after seeing all the recent reviews, my issues with BC4U have now become crystal clear! I ordered 4 pairs of jeans in the first week in November on the basis that I wanted 2 pairs, but ordered extra to ensure the right fit. I returned the 2 unrequired pairs by the 2 week in November. Evri tracking confirmed that the items had been returned but when I chased up the refund after the 28 days time frame they quote on their website, I found I couldn’t get through on the helpline number, so I emailed them. Got a response saying the goods hadn’t been received, contrary to the Evri tracking information and was told that they couldn’t offer me a refund as I they would have to initiate a Lost Parcel Process after a period of time (unspecified) had passed. Strangely, they offered me a credit for the items even though they claimed they were lost. That didn’t make any sense to me. I refused this as I wanted the £74 I was out of pocket to be refunded. I sent various chase up emails asking for more details on the lost parcel process, but got no responses - now I know why. Don’t touch this company with the proverbial barge pole. Whoever purports to be taking over this company, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are in some way linked to the previous owners. They are making all the right noises on this review site, but they have no obligation to ensure previously wronged customers are suitably recompensed.

Ordered items in November and returned in November. No refund and not answering calls or emails. Lost £125 and got no clothes. How can they get away with this

I would STRONGLY recommend to not use this website, they also operate under bigmatts.
I believe they are either liquidating or are just straight up scamming as from previous reviews and myself I am unable to get a single response from them at all. I have called them upwards of 30 times now - no response, it just says that the mailbox is full, E-Mails - no response, I even tried to call the WhatsApp number that is on the website - no response and the account hasn't been active since October 2023.
I had sent back some items for exchange, they have received it and signed for it (thank god I sent it recorded). Had nothing back from them and as stated above, 0 contact.
EDIT: Forgot to add, the "return" system is not working on their website so I had to pay £8 for return out of my own pocket.
