"Good experience overall"

I wish I could give 5star review due to very polite and nice experience with the estate agents, big thanks to Aun Shah (otherwise this would have been 1 star), but at the end of our 2.5 years tenancy the landlord tried to charge us more than half of our deposit despite leaving the flat in better condition than when we first saw it.
So for anyone reading this, make sure you take loads of pictures prior to moving in, in case you need to show proof at the end of your tenancy.
Overall, good experience despite the hiccup at the end.
The agency has automated online portal to report issues etc, most of which are resolved quick.
If I ever need to rent again, I would use Thornley Groves services, but yet again - take loads of photos of the place before you move in, learn from my mistakes.. :)

"By far the WORST letting agency"

By far the WORST letting and rental management agency I've ever had the displeasure to rent with. Terrible management of the property throughout my one year rental, when they never addressed any of the issues, my boiler was broken for around 5 months, and now they're holding my deposit hostage more than 6 weeks after tenancy end. Furthermore, they're trying to add on maintenance costs of the current tenants that weren't in our checkout report. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

"Completely at ease "

I attended a viewing today with Kelly McDermott at a lovely property in Swinton (which we are hoping we get) from the moment Kelly answered the door I felt very much at ease, she was so friendly, bubbly, chatty and made the experience so nice for me! We had such a good chat while she was showing me the house, answered all my questions! I left feeling really positive, if we don’t get this house, I have no reservations about using Thornley Groves in Monton for figure viewings (should they be the estate agents in charge) Thanks Kelly :)
