"An amazing service"

An amazing service, my Elis Account Manager, keeps in regular contact and I get an electric report on my staffs garments, never had an issue.
Really happy with the service, so when a competitor called me to say bad things about Elis, I thought it was very bad behaviour and not true!

"Incompetent, consistently bad service"

Unfortunately got roped into an 24 month contract for our restaurant with Elis.
Absolutely shocking service from about 4 months in. The only reliable thing was that our delivery/collection would not be made, have something or all items missing. Every. Single. Week.
Having spent hours phoning up the team - who are very well trained in the arts of not answering phone calls or emails - every week to try and sort it out, never once did we feel that anybody was trying to rectify the issues.
In 16 years of running restaurants and dealing with hundreds of suppliers, I have never before come across a company that is run with such incompetence and lack of ability from the top down.
A shambles.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.
I use this companies wash room services well I pay for it and that's about it as they won't turn up to collect, their customer service in no existent and they are the highest price.

Honestly do not use they will cause way more headache than they solve.

Très mauvaise expérience ne livre pas la commande entière car j ai toujours du stock .par contre il vous les fait payé . Plusieurs extra qui n on jamais étais livré vous sont facturé. Oublié de prendre le tapis si on ne le rappel pas !! Filtre des appareils ne sont pas changé depuis 2 ans mais bien sur facture suit car elle fais partie du contrat de 4 ans . Très chers pour le travail non respecté. Bien loin chers ailleurs surtout pour ce service

het leveren van werkkleding gaat vaker mis dan goed. Reparaties worden matig uitgevoerd, de kleding krimpt erg na wasbeurten waardoor het slecht gaat zitten. Kwalitatief is de kleding gewoon slecht.

They offer a terrible inadequate service to a big organisation company so they won’t be able to offer a good service to any small companies or individuals either. Steer well clear

On ne livre quasiment jamais ce qui est rendu occasionnant des surfacturation, passages aléatoires, aucune fiabilité, beaucoup de linge taché, troué....

"I received the order, but"

I did receive my order from Ellis Brook which looks the same as the photo and was a high quality item. However the brand name on the packaging is AIOPESON. I’ve looked at Joom that seems to sell this brand (another Chinese outlet, I believe and this brand is sold for cheaper prices than I paid for. Having read other reviews I’m just relieved something turned up, hence 3 stars. Also the item is good quality but I’m guessing they buy the item cheaper then sell on at a higher price. They make their website look like they are selling higher end products to get away with this. However, the item is certainly as good quality as some of the higher end brands, so I’m not disappointed with the product itself. Although I could have bought it cheaper somewhere else. It did come from China and took about 3 weeks to arrive.
