Elis Durham - I had an operation 6 months ago and Mark has gone above and beyond to help me with pulling cages and filling up with loose garments. Mark understands how I feel and is so helpful. He is nice, polite and all the women in the factory adore him. He is always on time with a full cheerful smile at 5am in the morning. I am his biggest fan!

Matériel fourni de très mauvaise qualité,étant donné que nous sommes un cabinet médical nous ne permettons pas d'apparaître devant les patients avec des blouses soit disant blanches qui sont plutôt grises, jaunes. Malgré les réclamations la situation n'a pas changé et par conséquence pendant 1ans nous avons payé leurs prestations sans vraiment y bénéficier, nous avons même arrêté de les envoyer en blanchisserie parce que ça n'aurait servi à rien.

Horrid company to work for on the production side, they don't care for the wellbeing of their staff, they send you home unpaid if there's not enough work, they don't let you have holidays when you want as they say there's not enough staff, not surprising as their is a huge turnover of staff, contracts are broken by telling to start an hour before your actual shift time and they pay you for overtime at the standard rate, it's nothing short of a sweatshop they give warnings if you take a day off and expect a doctors note to cover it, I would avoid working here incidentally this is the Southampton branch, they are breaking all the rules including health and safety.

Kiran came over to meet me at our initial meeting, was polite, courteous and explained the contract in a way that I was able to understand.

I recently started using Elis for coats at our butchers i was dealing with Kiran and I found him very helpful and is always there if needed

Don't deliver on time. Turn up when they want and most weeks don't arrive at all. Delivery does not match what order i put in as well. Do not get in a contract with this company.

Nog 24 dagen dan ben ik verlost van die wurg contracten. Zodra ze een betere zogenaamd goed voorstel neerleggen, tuin je erin en zit je weer 5 jaar vast aan een contract. Nooit en nooit meer Elis, ik wordt hier weer blij van.
