"Une catastrophe !!"
Une catastrophe !!! notre ancien commercial qui s'est bien gardé de nous informer de son départ nous a mis la pression pour re-signer le contrat ( durée de 3 ans ) ce que nous refusions car le contrat n'était pas du tout respecté; Nous payons tous les mois pour des prestations qui ne sont pas réalisés entre autres le nettoyage de pantalons qui ne reviennent jamais, nous sommes obligés de nettoyer nous même les seuls pantalon qui reste a dispo. Le commercial nous a affirmer que ca allait être résolu qu'il n'y aurait plus de problèmes (juste pour que nous signions la reconduction) or après la signature on a su qu'il était parti ... et depuis c'est encore pire ! nous souhaitons arrêter de travailler avec eux et résilier pour non respect des services facturés et allons nous tourner vers notre protection juridique, nous sommes dans un réseau de constructeur automobile et je peux vous assurer que le mot va vite passer lors des réunions.

Les chauffeurs livreurs sont souvent agressifs lors de leurs interventions chez le client, le travail souvent baclé.
Cerise sur le gâteau ils conduisent en véritables chauffards surtout pour aller déjeuner, rentrer au siège ou à leur domicile, si vous avez le malheur de les croiser, même s'ils vous reconnaissent après coup. De vrais dangers roulants

"This is an absolutely appalling…"
This is an absolutely appalling company!! Do not use them!! Only want your signatures and Never Deliver!! Just signed up with them three weeks ago and should deliver next Monday, but today (Friday) when I called the office, someone from their new business team claimed their transport department is unable to deliver because of the location and just terminate my contract there and then!! Already cancelled contract from my current supplier and ending up with no clean stock next week!!! The sales rep does not even have the gut to tell me what really happened and left me completely in the dark!!! This Elis group does not take us small businesses seriously. My frustration and disappointment is a complete understatement. Never ever do business with Elis, so unreliable!!

We've been stuck in a contract with this company for years, which we always seem to just miss to cancel. The quality of repairs for our engineers overalls are dodgy at best, they always fail within a couple of days. However the most annoying, frustrating and infuriating thing this company does is in ignoring multiple emails and phone calls. I've NEVER dealt with a company with so much incompetence... if your lucky to get a reply to an inquiry within 7 working days then your very lucky!!! Then when a reply is finally received and you reply back to that you're 100% guaranteed to have to wait another week for a reply and then be greeted by a completely new person being profusely apologetic for the long reply...... I truly don't understand how this company is as successful as it is!!!! Lots of backhanders I think.

"BIG MISTAKE MOVING TO ELLIS"
We moved to Ellis from a really good company that alway collected and returned very clean overalls because Ellis said they could match the service but cheaper. BIG BIG MISTAKE. EVERY PART OF THIS SERICE WAS RUBBISH. DO NOT USE THEM.
Even when they continually sent back sub standard dirty overalls, miss weeks collections and deliveries they wont let you terminate the contact that they break regularly. Terrible company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WE HAVE SPOKEN YO LOTS OF DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMERS.

I have been contacting this company for over 4 weeks for a quote for new linen hire. Keep being told someone will call back. I've even completed an online contact form. It is disgusting not having a response. Surely will not be using or recommending them

I wish I could give minus stars or none. This company provides a laundry service to Gleddoch Spa. I left an apple watch in a robe at the spa which was I later discovered was found by a laundry staff member. I tracked my watch to their home address, then seen it was off to London, then it went to Nigeria as i was able to track it on my app. When I contacted the laundry they said the staff member was on holiday and she would ask him when he got back. He has now 10 weeks later come back and denied having my watch and the laundry manager said there is nothing she can do. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The staff are not honest.
