We have been using the Durham site for many years now, with minimal issues. Our account manager is brilliant, very attentive and visits site every 3 months as agreed. Customer service over the phone and emails also very good. Sometimes the odd mishap occurs, but the team are very quick to respond and resolve. No complaints.

Would give 0 if possible, worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I’ve had tea towels rotting in my cellar for the last 6 weeks because they don’t turn up to collect, missed sanitary bin collections, so would’ve been at least another week until they were emptied, gave a second chance as assured the service would improve but it quite clearly hasn’t, rang up asking to speak to the account manager, didn’t bother to ring back until the next day and had the most couldn’t be bothered attitude I’ve ever encountered, avoid at all costs!

Would rate 0 if possible, customer service is beyond bad. All concerns, emails and phone calls are ignored or fobbed off. Half of their email addresses don't work so trying to find anyone to complain to is impossible.
We have been with the company for almost a year, invoices all incorrect and service almost nothing. Been chasing for months to try and get out of the contract and had nothing.

We have used the Durham Branch for some time now on 2 of our sites. We have never experienced anything too bad. Had a few problems when 1 of out sites first kicked off but that was resolved in a timely manner

Horrible company. Very sneaky. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Get you to sign contract and don't even collect waste or reply to emails. They just keep sending invoices. Avoid like the plague!
