"Tarn is the best <3"

Honestly Tarn has helped me so much! Not just with weight loss but everything, my whole mindset has completely changed for the better! She gives you specific feedback every week and is always there at the other side of the phone for a message if you’re struggling or need some advice/motivation. I’m so glad I joined WLWT, it’s helped me build habits that I won’t forget to do and helped me stay consistent even when I didn’t feel like it! Thank you so much!!

"Highly recommend WLWT"

Highly recommend WLWT…
The habits she teaches you are great and well worth it. If you stick to the plan, you will achieve your weight loss goals. Tried so many diets but got bored of them and following too many restrictions, is not beneficial in the long run.
The support is amazing, she always answers questions/queries promptly. Really enjoyed my WLWT journey - don’t feel like coming off it!

"10/10 RECOMMEND!!!"

I would so recommend WLWT. Tarn is a really good coach. She just gets you, she gets the process and it's no nonsense. I have lost 7.5kg so far doing her programme. Tarn gives you the right advice, keeps you accountable and that's the thing that ultimately makes the difference. It's tailored and it works.
If you're thinking about it just DO IT. It is worth the money.

"Tarn is very good and encourages you…"

Tarn is very helpful and encourages you to be the best you can be. Meal plans tailored for you and incorporates all the things most people love to eat but just made healthier. Tarn teaches you this fat loss journey doesn't have to be boring, it's not just about the scales and nor is it just the physical. You work with Tarn from inside out. A really good programme and definitely recommend.

"Weight loss journey "

After trying to lose weight on my own, I joined WLWT for motivation, accountability and support. Three months in that’s exactly what I have received. I have lost weight but more than that I have understood from listening to Tarn’s personal coaching this isn’t a lose-weight-quick fix. It’s a journey of building good habits and maintaining weight loss. Tarn is approachable, supportive and a text message away. She’s motivating on the ‘bad’ days and picks you up. Her recipes don’t make you feel like you are dieting. She will tailor your meal plan to suit your needs and lifestyle. Tarn and her amazing team will check in to see how you are coping. There’s a group chat for sharing ideas and sharing motivation. Tarn does workouts you can do at home if you can’t go to the gym. Tarn gives weekly specific feedback on how you have done in the week and will set achievable realistic targets. She cares passionately about her clients. I’d highly recommend this journey.

"Excellent Support & Accountability on My Journey!"

WLWT has been an incredible learning experience! Since starting my journey in December, I’ve developed so many positive habits that have completely changed the way I approach my health and fitness. She has provided the guidance and accountability I needed to stay on track, ensuring I take responsibility for my progress.

Now, I’m consistently meal prepping at the start of the week, staying hydrated, getting my steps in, and keeping active throughout the week. The structured support has made a huge difference in my motivation and results. I highly recommend WLWT to anyone looking to build long-term, sustainable habits!

"I joined WLWT in December"

I joined WLWT in December. After years of trying to lose weight, I lost more weight with WLWT in 2 months than I have in years. It's the best choice I've ever made, and it has changed my life in so many positive ways. Tarn has allowed me to focus on myself as an individual, and to incorporate habits and routines into my life which I needed.

"No excuses program that changes lifestyle habits to get long term results "

I joined WLWT at the end of November - I needed accountability. I like the program and Tarn’s approach in easing you into the program at the start and building on that each week, whether it’s drinking more water, reducing calories or moving more. I have had good and bad weeks in this program however I always feel supported. The meals provided are tailored towards my lifestyle and taste and they’re good inspiration to have.
Workouts for me were a good one as I have always worked out but the workout plan provided got me doing different things which I’ve enjoyed as it’s added more variety and weights. Tarn is amazing at responding on the app and offers her advise at the earliest possibility.
I will say the program involves time from you each week- whether it’s in the weekly check in, meal planning and prepping, calorie tracking etc but that is the only way to get results on this program. The Lenus app is good however it doesn’t track food so you do have to use an alternate app (eg. My fitness pal) for that.
Overall I’ve built some really healthy habits with Tarn on this program and have seen results. For me, it’s a slow and steady approach which will hopefully give long term results. I’m super happy with the support and guidance so far and look forward to more of it as I continue.

"Would 100% recommend "

Tarn’s programme is by far the best I’ve ever used. The biggest problem for me was finding healthy habits and cutting out rubbish but Tarn’s programme introduced me to different foods, quick easy delicious recipes and that was where the weight started dropping off.

"Amazing experience with weight loss for Tarn"

Absolutely loved being with Tarn though my journey. She helped me understand food and managing my portions. She listened to foods I liked so I never felt like I missed out. This is a great way to lose weight gradually and learn more about your body! Cannot thank you enough Tarn!
