Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, tried to rip me off today for the tune of £400 to change my van insurance, after being passed around every department for 45mins.
Told them to immediately cancel my one one month old insurance, and they charge me £70 to do so. Total rip off cowboys

Poorly communicated cancellation policy charges (£40) if you cancel in the 14 day cooling off period. Extortionate charges (£211) to change policy due to my mistake so I cancelled. Went back on comparison site and amended my details and their price came back the same with them, but I'm wouldn't go near them again.
