I purchased split shares from Mining Syndicate with the promise of receiving Bitcoin returns from my 7 shares. It’s been months, and all their miners have been offline. They don’t respond to emails, and every couple of months they send vague updates claiming they’re “moving servers” from Washington to Texas and back again. I was misled about what I was getting for my money—this is nothing short of a scam.

Do not trust these people. Don’t buy your own server and let them host it. They are the worst kind of business operators—dishonest and evasive. If you’ve been taken advantage of, I strongly encourage you to contact an attorney. We deserve better.

"I bought some split shares from them"

I bought some split shares from them. The first few months was great. Then, they took the miners offline and have kept sending delay emails saying they are moving the miners. It's been more than six months at this point and nothing has been online. All of us that bought from them missed making any profits when BTC was over 100k.

"No response to emails"

No response to emails, miners have been offline 9 months. They were shipping them to Washington, then they were shipping the back to Texas, and now supposedly back to Washington. All to just buy themselves more time. Company sold a product and service that it cannot provide. It's time we all get together and get some legal action going.

My shares have been offline for 7 months and during the 100,000-bitcoin mark I had a couple running, and then I emailed them about my account, and the next day all of them were turned off. I feel ripped off, they have not done anything their emails have said.

I have had the same experience as the posts before me. My miners have been offline since July. At first there were a few email saying that they were moving miners and they would be back to normal shortly. Since then they have gone completely dark. Stay away.

"Seven weeks in"

Seven weeks in, and things are already looking strange. Mining syndicate professes to be transparent, however there are numerous red flags. I'm running around this with real cheddar. I'm beginning to wonder if any of this is legitimate. This is increasingly resembling a hoax. I won't suggest. I currently exclusively standby for HILLBILLY. Where actions match expectations. No diversions, just results. There is no waiting when it is time to collect

I was buying split shares from them here and there for awhile and pretty much since the last bitcoin halving just about all my miners have been offline, a few emails back and forth and they said they were moving them to a different location, profitable miners would be online soon, based on there electricity cost all 800 shares should have been online and no such luck. do not buy anything from them. a few thousand dollars down the drain plus what i "should have made off the mining"

"Scam Alert. Has not honoured 8 months of electricity paid to them in advance"

From December 2023 Mining Syndicate started hosting my first Miner. I had 4 Miners being hosted with them. For each Miner I paid for 2 months of hosting advance. I have been requesting for the 4 x 2 months a total of months to be applied to my account since December 2024.
They are not honouring the contract I have had to initiate legal action against them. Seems like a SCAM. Do not use them. I had up to 30 days wait time to get a miner online. Continuous extended downtimes. Stay away from Muning Syndicate.
