Yes you would think it would be easy to update the payment info and upgrade the data plan but it is NOT. It is very clunky and non-intuitive. It is also difficult since it is not done with your Zoolz account.
As for being able to see folder sizes and your reply that this is coming. I have been using Zoolz for at least 5 years (and probably longer) and the "It's coming soon" line is old and tiresome. Either do it, or just say it is never going to happen.

Upgrading data plan and payment onfo is extremely difficult. Also it would be nice yo see the ability show my folder sizes in the web interface to be able to manage my data.

"quintessential scam"

quintessential scam. They let you pay a lifetime plan, but then they ask you money to support it. worse: the storage you bought one year earlier stops being accessible if you do not pay

I do a discount payment with techradar about 49.95 USD for 5 GB online yearly and it's just for 1 computer and no more... That way I prefer consider other options... Then I write to them like 4 times and they never do efectly their 30 days money back guarantee so I consider Zoolz the worst cloud service in alliance with tech radar

Compre una promo en el portal tech radar de 49.95 Dolares para 5 GB por año que resultó ser para solo un computador y ningún dispositivo más. Con esas condiciones prefiero mirar más opciones. Les he escrito como 4 veces y nunca hicieron efectivo su política de garantía de 30 días para devolver su dinero, así que considero a Zoolz como el peor servicio en la nube en alianza con tech radar, estafadores

Zoolz sucks, What the point of having cloud storage when it takes hours to download a mere 4 MB file . And for what should i pay for support to ask such obvious question that , "What the point of having cloud storage when it takes hours to download a mere 4 MB file and that too from vault storage" ??

Why didn't you wrote while billing me that apart from lifetime subscription , it will take 4+ hours to download 4 MB file

" 3. The Vault feature will be restructured for Zoolz lifetime subscribers with a basic support plan. The idle files under the Vault folder will get automatically migrated to the Cold Storage servers. This means no more share or instant download for those files even while they are listed under the Vault folder. "

Wow great job 👏 and ofcourse you have given me no option to stop doing it or may be for that i need to pay ( because you have brought that feature in new update 😂😂 ) , now i got it .. i just have to pay every year just to make sure you don't push data to cold storage or may be even worse.

Anyways , i have moved with onedrive. So good luck with fooling people :w

Lastly let me know if you have any refund policy or i just need to leave the storage as it is, obviously without usage for lifetime 🤣 .

"I had an older version of Zoolz"

I had an older version of Zoolz, and had to change my computer - when I redownloaded Zoolz, it appeared that everything I had uploaded was gone! You can imagine my reaction. I immediately contacted Zoolz, and Christina came to my rescue. She was prompt in her replies, and so very helpful as we worked through the problem and finally realised what had happened. Links were sent, and she helped me step by step until I had everything back to how it was. Zoolz has been great for me, and I can't fault the help I received.
