Small biz MSP owner. I've been using Zoolz for at minimal two+ years managing client & personal backups. I have absolutely no issues with the software or system or backups. I've had to download some backups and the time/speed/bandwidth was acceptable. A+++
I used other products in the past more popular brands and each one was some limitation or pricing was almost double/triple. I'm sticking with Zoolz!

I have been using this service for years. It's great for peace of mind knowing my stuff is backed up safely. I had a small glitch with the billing on my account, and customer support quickly and efficiently solved the problem. I know there are a lot of backup options out there, but I would recommend this service to anyone.

Solid solution for beginners to novice users. For more sophisticated and or complex setups there might be other solutions to look at. Although they do have more complex setups at a different subscription level, I was looking for just cold storage to upload files to. Zoolz is more of an automated solution, which is great for some people. But, for my needs, I would rather have a manual update to cold storage rather than an automated one.
