"Good priced service but only for small volumes"
Good priced service but unfortunately with great limitations. I try to use this to back-up fotos and documents. Firstly there is no client available. You cannot use Safari or Firefox. You are advised to install and use google crome. You cannot upload more than 1000 files at a time. Provided solution is "to upload more than 1000 files to the Vault, you will need to divide the files into smaller groups and to upload one group at a time.". I have +50 000 pictures at a total size of 70 GB, so not that much disk space needed. To manage these in bunches are very inconvenient. Add to that it takes looong time to upload one bunch. When trying upload in parallel GoogleCrome stops working or my computer runs out of memory. This service is more for small volumes of data. Does not work for me.

"A good start, but quickly changed to a terrible experience"
So I purchased the basic package as this will meet my needs. Great concept to have the two different storages. My big thing is my photos.
Soon after activation I get a welcome email and this is from my go to person. Very impressed.
After a few glitches due to my not knowing the how to, I am up and running. At times things go well and other times the program stops; doesn't start as per schedule and so on. After a few emails to support we set up a teamviewer session. Again am impressed. Remote in and do a few things and told all should be sorted and work properly. First schedule back up works, but is rather slow. Give feedback to support. No response. Second scheduled back up simply does not work. Give feedback to support and ask for help ( even copy my go to person in on email) and all I get is a deafening silence.
What is the point if the program - at best - works intermittently? And then support just doesn't bother.
Very unimpressed and can't recommend Zoolz based on my experience.

"An incredibly good value"
It's an incredibly good value: price, space, versioning, automatic function. Things can get a tad techy in figuring out how to do everything, but I got a very quick answer to a functional question from their customer support. That's encouraging. Sooner or later, everyone needs help with something, and it's a comfort to know that help is there for you quickly.

Very VERY good Support & I didn't even have to wait very long for the very detailed response from them.
They are there when you need them and that alone counts BigTime for me.
