"I am so disappointed with this company"
I am so disappointed with this company. I purchased a gift for Christmas, and the box looks like someone has sat on it, or kicked it many times. I have rung them, but the message says they are closed, and state the opening hours in which I have actually contacted them in, so that makes no sense. I have also emailed them and yet had no response whatsoever. Christmas is in 5 days time! I am guessing I need to go and buy a new gift!

"Delivery time not met"
Delivery time not met. Told it was collected by the courier and on route twice, even though no change in status (still says awaiting processing) and no courier delivery email. Phone line not open during opening hours most of the time.when you do get through it’s a long wait and not provided with any clear imformation. I’m guessing lots of complaints hence the long wait!! Was told I would be called back to confirm delivery…no call back.
Really disappointed and won’t be using them again.
Update: item delivered but no notification to expect delivery. Online still said waiting fulfilment!!! Luckily someone was in the house.
Product really well packaged. Just a shame delivery planning was so messy.

"Next day delivery is 3 day delivery "
Ordered a BBQ and paid extra for next day delivery. Ordered Thursday evening so assumed next day delivery would be Saturday. I received an email from the courier saying delivery would be Monday so too late for my weekend BBQ plans. I emailed Riverside and still await a reply. So if you want next day delivery order Monday - Thursday before 12 and you might be lucky. No next day delivery for Friday - Sunday orders but they still let you choose that at checkout and charge the extra fee. If you want to follow up with them you may not get a reply.

"Charlie Oven order"
I had a Gozney Pizza oven from Riverside about 18 months ago and they were brilliant, keeping you informed, not sure what has happened but last week they had a 20%sale, so i ordered a Charlie oven, since ordering I have nothing from Riverside, when yo ring your told to call "White Stores, it took me over 30 mins to get through, and they couldn't tell me the status of my order, they would call back, they left a nothing message, called the following day to be told my order had been cancelled and a refund would take place. I have had nothing official cancelling the order and nothing to say my refund is coming. Very poor customer service.

"Not the same company after takeover "
I've used this company before as they have sales on BBQs quite often. Tried to go back and buy another one as I'm a good loyal customer when things go right. This time , they don't want my business, my money isn't good enough because I live in Northern Ireland. Well here's a negative review for you for shutting the door in my face.

The delivery took longer than they put on their website, customer services very poor when I called to query, long wait.
When the bbq was finally delivered courier left it on the drive and wouldn’t take it to the front door, he was extremely rude too.
Will never order from them again. If I could give zero stars I would.

"Top marks for customer service"
Recently purchased a Weber gas barbecue from Riverside and cannot speak highly enough of their service. Super efficient and friendly staff and when we needed some post sales support they continued in the same way. A great company to do business with. I was also very impressed with the huge range of Weber bbqs on display compared to others. First class.
