Your customer service level is very poor, I have been with for a number of years and I am disabled and unable to read my own meters and have been waiting all that time to be properly placed on the preferential meter reading system, this despite repeated promise.
You have repeatedly bombarded me with correspondence telling me that my direct debit is to be increased by on one occasion by 65% even though I was in credit by nearly £300.
