Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to buy a caravan.
The moment we arrived we received a warm and friendly welcome from Diane Jones one of the sales team.
She offered us advice and help instantly, and withing a few minutes was advising us on a caravan we fell in love with.
From this moment on Diane made the whole process of us part exchanging our old caravan for the newer on so easy, and explained the whole process, and made sure everything went smoothly and professionally.
We could not be happier with the service she provided, and the caravan she helped us purchase.
Will always use leisure sales for all future purchases and advice.

Alan, Caroline, Laura and all in the Service Centre. 1st Service 2023 went swimmingly. We've been today to pick up after 2nd service and wash. It's like visiting family, coming home. We'd highly recommend Leisure Sales, from beginners to oldhands.

Just purchased our caravan from Leisure Sales in Cheshire. What a lovely experience. Diane looked after us from our first visit, through to purchase and then collection. She was superb. We can’t fault the whole experience. Nothing was too much trouble. Our sincere thanks also to Neil who took us through every step of the handover in a very professional manner.

John was great no pressure, looked at as many vans as we liked. buying was just as simple and hand over was excellent, making sure i was comfortable with all the devices in the van

"Poor after sales service"

Poor after sales service. We had a couple of minor issues but the service was very poor. Still not resolved.
UPDATE I phoned the number they gave me and they are taking my complaint seriously, for which I am grateful.

The sales process was relaxed and the handover was excellent.

"Very poor customer service"

I bought a Bailey Phoenix from them this April and found that the brackets that hold the front panel to the floor have torn through the panel. I requested my money back and they are refusing, saying they are governed by what Bailey say even though my contract is with Leisure Sales. I have had to contact a solicitor.
So their customer service is useless, I have a new caravan that I can’t use! Further to LeisureSales reply that can be very misleading to the public. The damage is not cosmetic and you will remember that we discussed sending the caravan back to Bailey to have a new front and roof fitted, I wouldn’t call that cosmetic. I reluctantly agreed to have that done even against the advice from the Caravan club technical help line and you quoted a time frame of 12weeks. The next day you called me and said that Bailey would do a cosmetic repair at my home and if I wanted this repair done at the factory, it would be at least May 2024.I don’t think any member of the public would be happy with that. I don’t know what photos you sent to Bailey but I will send a set of my own that I put on the Bailey owners Facebook page. Everyone who looked at them were appalled. I will also send you a set along with drawings of what’s happened so that we are all singing from the same hymn sheet.
