Been happily using their Leisure shop for many years and bought my first caravan from them in 2018. Since then service from the service department has been great. There was a long standing issue with my fridge but Leisure sales were always helpful and supportive in getting the matter resolved. No problem recommending them. Obvious difficulties for everyone throughout COVID19 issues but again Service Dept very well organised for delivery/collection,,, well done.

"Great Customer Service"
I've just been to have my caravan (a Lunar Quasar 2014 model) serviced with this company and can't recommend them highly enough. It's the third 'van we've had from them and the customer services from both the sales and service departments are excellent. The team overall are very friendly and helpful.

Update 31/07/2019. Following the previous update we have heard nothing further from Leisure Sales not even in respect of whether Lunar are now back operating or not and thus when spare parts might be available to effect the repair.
Also our original review was removed and we received an email from Trustpilot containing the following:

Note WE WERE NOTIFIED
The only name and job title that I used (now removed) were initiated by Leisure Sales themselves in their first reply to the original review.
Following the call I received as described below, I had another call from Leisure sales "marketing department" which was to say the least unhelpful with a young lady consistently telling me That I was wrong. This lady also owned up to writing the Leisure Sales response to our review but also admitted she didn't really know much about the case.
Update 23/06/2020: Despite circumstances Leisure Sales did ring us on the day that I did the last update.
Leisure Sales have now confirmed via email that our van will have the back panel and guttering replaced at no charge.
Due to the current situation it is not possible to say when this will happen as we are now dependent on Lunar re-opening for the parts. I will update this review at a future date.
I have to say the person who rang me was very good so hopefully in the coming weeks we will be able to make a more positive report.
Further to our original review and the response from Leisure sales, I have just rang them as requested in their reply, the person that I was referred to was not available due to tragic personal circumstances.
The lady I spoke to did not know much about the case but it transpires that Leisure Sales have not found it possible to monitor their emails for the last 3 months, really?
Leisure sales apparently did not write the Leisure sales response to our review so it is a shame that whoever did write it did not put their name to it.
To be clear the issue regarding the light cluster was reported 20/07/2019 4 months after collecting the van NOT 6 as stated by Leisure Sales. The missing item was NOT replaced immediately indeed the issue was still ongoing as of 29/09/2019.
The cracks found in the roof of the rear panel of our, what was at the time 12 month old, van were not airline as Leisure Sales own inspector said he could get a coin into one of them.
We have not refused to have a quote nor have we refused to accept a quote as we still have not been sent a quote.
Not withstanding we maintain that under the consumer rights act 2015 this van is not fit for purpose and should have a suitable repair at no cost.
Since my original review everything that has happened or not happened only serves to underline that Leisure sales customer service falls someway short of what might be expected in this day and age especially when you are shelling out £20k for a product.
Having had 2 previous caravans and a motor home we have not seen this issue before I would be interested to see if anyone else has come across something similar.
Do NOT under any circumstances use Leisure Sales Cheshire, after sales service is non existent.
We bought a new Lunar Quasar in March 2019, following issues with Leisure Sales we had the first annual service done elsewhere and they found large splits on the roof of the back panel. We took the van back to leisure sales who inspected it. Despite numerous emails it took 3 months to get a response and that response was we will provide a quote for the repair. Under the consumer rights act 2015 this van was clearly not fit for purpose and should be repaired, at no cost to us, by leisure sales according to citizens advice. I can only say that I would never recommend them to anyone in fact I would say stay well away

"Great company to deal with"
What a breath of fresh air it was to deal with this company. John in the sales department guided me through every step of the sale, went through lots of different options of caravans with me with no pressure, I finally settled on a fixed bed which is perfect for us. Handover went smoothly too. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is thinking of buying a caravan.

"Excellent Customer Service"
We bought our caravan from Leisure Sales 6 years ago and although it is out of warranty We have always received excellent customer service from all departments. The two young men in the accessories shop have been particularly helpful on several occasions , always happy to help and advise whether it be for a £1 accessory or a £1000 awning. I would recommend Leisure Sales for their friendly and helpful customer service.

Firstly, I am amazed at the negative response Leisure Sales has been getting on here, I can only tell you my own personal experience which has been nothing but
positive.
Leisure Sales was recommended to me by my mother in law who has been going there for years. What we liked about them was they were friendly, chatty but there was no overkill with the sales patter. We were free to wander around their park (which is a fair size!) at our leisure.
In the end we settled for a Wrenbury L, I think this is one of their specials?
We have now had the caravan for just over a year and its passed its servicing no problem.
We did have a slight issue with squeaky breaks a couple of months after purchase but this was sorted pretty much straight away. We have found their after sales service absolutely top notch!
If you look into the Lunar thing (my mother in law is a member of the Lunar owners club) you will see that it is Lunar that have well and truly landed the dealers in it as well as the customer.
I can honestly say that they have been brilliant with us. They also didn’t badger me to write a positive review. They are a lovely genuine local company and I can see why my in laws refuse to go anywhere else.
