From speaking to a consultant regarding the purchase of coins from mid November I paid cash directly to Direct Bullion on 11th December 2024 awaited delivery of 2 x gold coins, which took a long time to be delivered. I am not a 1st time investor, and assumed the coins would be sent in December however I was told customs held up delivery. Coins received 07/01/2025 the consultant has given me a few updates now on reply to my emails.

"Delayed delivery, dissapointing service"
I ordered a gold coin from Bullion Direct on November 15th, 2024. Despite the product being readily available with an estimated delivery time of 7-10 days, my order has yet to arrive. As of today, December 8th, 2024, this amounts to a delay of 13 days where there has been no attempt to contact me.
Customer service has been equally disappointing. Since placing my order, I have received only one email confirmation and numerous unsolicited sales emails. There has been no proactive communication regarding order status, and attempts to contact customer service have been frustrating. On two occasions, I was unable to speak to a representative who could access my account information. When I finally did connect with someone, they provided a delivery date that has since passed without any updates.
While I've seen positive reviews of Bullion Direct, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative. The lack of transparency, poor customer service, and significant delivery delays have severely impacted my confidence in the company. I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Bullion Direct.

"Dreadful experience"
First time buyer and Garry was charming and spoke to me every day until full payment of £5600 was made in August. Then all went quiet. Still awaiting delivery of coins, when I phone to ask when I can expect them, I’m given a date but nothing arrives! Wish I had never got involved with them, absolutely dreadful experience. So, coins arrived this morning and Garry phoned to apologise and acknowledge the level of service. This has put me off buying more gold going forward.
