Great service, so friendly and helpful. I purchased a pair of SnugsAqua last year, they are fantastic, comfortable, and don't leak, I wear them at least 3 times a week, both pool and open water swimming.
I've just purchased a pair of SnugsPro, Emma was super helpful, once again a perfect fit and great personal service.
I feel I need to add that I've never been able to use headphones or earbuds of any design as I have 'strange little ears'. These really are made to measure, I don't know I'm wearing them.

Great product. Very happy with my snugs. My only issue is a little more communication throughout thr manufacturing process would have been good. I ended up having to chase myself to find out why the order hadn't moved forward.

You'll see from my review of 24th June that the earbuds for my Bose Sport headset didn't function well. You'll also see in its response Snugs offered to remould the buds....except they didn't. Shortly after posting my first review my wife received a customs shipping invoice from DHL....because Snugs doesn't know how to ship products to Europe. Don't buy if you're not in the UK. After 2 months and no updates I suggested to Emma they make a refund. I also asked they pay the DHL invoice. I received no further communication. In September I used money claim to recover all our costs, which even required a county court judgment to be issued against the company.
The product is simple and innovative, and if it works for you, you'll have no issues. If it doesn't work for you, you'll get ZERO customer service attention. Be prepared to use chargeback on your credit card or take Snugs to court to recover your losses.
It's not as if this is a huge company. According to last Companies House submission, they employ 6 people. The head of customer services is one of the directors. She was the person who didn't respond to my communication. Bringing an innovative product to market does not mean you're excluded from your obligations to customers. Caveat emptor.

Got my snugs aqua with filter thought I was finally going to be able to swim underwater with a custom fit without getting water in my ears but this happened not to be the case I got water in my ears wearing the snugs and happen to get an ear infection:(

Ordered and received a pair of snugs I can use for swimming. These things are brilliant and no longer will I get ‘water in my ear’.
