"What a bike, great customer service, AMAZING!"

Bought my Ersin 1000 as a pre order and had my reservations as there are so few reviews for this company, anywhere! Needed something to commute part on and off road and even more importantly needed to be time efficient. But 2 and a bit months after ordering in November 2021(standard for e bikes at this time) it arrived. What a beautiful bike. The stance is great, the style is neat and understated and it fits me at 6 ft 115 kg (well now I am 113kg as been commuting 27 miles 5 days a week for 4 weeks now). I love the ride, it's absolutely auxillarating and I start my work day and even get home energised. I have only ever used assistance levels 4 and 5, and to be honest, now I only use 5 as it matches my commute in a car (most days) and it's an absolutely mental ride. I was hoping to get enough miles to get a round trip ,home/work/home, out of one charge however after using level 5 assistance (and at my 113kg weight I have had 19 miles before loss of assistance) I am not too bothered about this and am certain I could get much more on lower assistance levels but sitting here still buzzing after my 41 minute 13.5 mile ride home( which incidentally includes going up a very steep mile long hill averaging about 23mph pedalling hard) I am really not interested in them now. Keeping up with the traffic is a cinch, once I make it to the traffic lights and roundabouts of St albans from the hills of kings Langley I even pass most cars that have passed me on the 40 mph zones. The brakes literally stop you dead and this makes it a great ride in stop start traffic. Have to pulse them a but to prevent overheating when going down the mile long hill but this is to be expected. They still work when I get to the bottom and that is the most important thing.
The guys have been amazing with video assistance for corrections and upgrade suggestions. Definitely a good experience all round with this my amazing bike. Love it love love it.

"Ersin Fold"

Purchased the Ersin fold which arrived today. I can honestly say that the build quality is the best I've seen. Once un boxed it was a case of setting the right heights for the seat and handlebars, very easy to do due to the levers. Tightening up the LCD screen and bell was a doddle as the bike comes with the tools u need. The seat is very comfortable and the whole bike feels very solid and sturdy. I have tested it and I can honestly say that's it's very nippy, the assisted peddling is a breeze and kicks in straight away with little effort which is great for hills and people like me who have bad knee joints. The throttle only which I have tested off road is really good and fun, not to mention pretty fast considering that this is the cheapest bike Ersin make. They are very responsive with any queries or questions so deffo a 5 star rating there. The lights are extremely good quality and bright. It's basically a quick set up on the bike, once fully charged it's good to go. A Very Highly Recommend Firm. Not often anyone can say that these days. The bike and service are both above and beyond expectation. Anyone wanting an excellent quality bike and exceptional customer service, then look no further. A very big thank you to Ersin.

"I had an issue with the bracket for my battery. "

I had an issue with the bracket on my e-bike not releasing properly, and Ersin went above and beyond to help me. He personally replaced the bracket free of charge, carried out thorough checks, and even gave me a new saddle post and battery. On top of that, he added a free strap to hold the battery securely in place. The service was outstanding, professional, efficient, and truly customer-focused. I highly recommend Ersin for his exceptional products and top notch after sales support!

"Drove down and met the owner"

Rang and asked if it is possible to test ride their folding bike model the £850 one, (with the understanding that if I liked it then I could take away with me), he was very friendly and only needed me to ring an hour before I arrived. Drove down to Sittingbourne the next day and met the owner at the shop. He gave me the history of the company and explained the features of the bike. We went across to a private car park for me to test ride the bike. I gave it a thorough test ride and it was fantastic, so did a deal and he was kind enough to knock fifty pounds off he price, as I collected the bike instead of him posting. Since owning I have taken the bike out about six times now for long and short rides (all on private land). It is absolutely fantastic, really powerful, puts a smile on my face every time. The pedal assist settings work really well, and the acceleration and top speed is great, easily twenty MPH but feels much faster. The twist grip throttle is also fantastic, can be used on its own , I went the full length of a long bridle path just using the throttle (like being on a motorbike) which is so much fun, then can also be used in combination with the pedal assist, which has a great positive feel. A great looking fun, fast bike , good value and quality. I would definitely recommend this bike.
