I’m yet to receive my bracelet recently purchased with Browns but really wanted to shout about how amazing the customer service has been from a customer representative called Maya.

I got in touch with Browns to enquiry if they can alter the sizing of the bracelet and to my surprise they can at no additional charge (amazing!!). I have also been kept up to date on the progress and feel I have had a very personalised experience communicating with Maya!

I now can’t wait to receive the bracelet, I have very high hopes and am positive I will adore it!

Amazing service, would certainly purchase again!

Update: The bracelet is even more stunning in person and the team have continued to be amazing with all other enquiries I have made, very highly recommended by me, I will be sure to buy more from this company.
