"This service appears to be a scam!"

My package was confirmed delivered to the NZ warehouse 6 days ago (signed for by “Mikesh”), yet it STILL has not shown up in my “Package Inbox”. I have reached out twice via email to their support and twice via the “Contact Us” page on their website to inquire about my package, and have only received one response back, which simply asked me to kindly wait 48 hours for my package to appear after delivery (note: it had already been over 48 business hours since my package was marked as delivered, so clearly whoever is running the “support” team is not reading emails very closely. I have also seen in other review responses that they will claim to have not received emails/say that they’ve gone to spam, and I know this is just not true, given that I have received at least one response and all correspondences have been to/from the same address). Given that they are not following any of their stated policies (packages should appear in Package Inbox in 1 business day, emails inquiries will be responded to in 24 hours, etc.), I am left with no choice but to assume that this operation is a scam and that they have stolen my package. I will be reaching out to authorities to share as such and seek financial compensation for my losses. Very disappointing!
