Ordered a Christmas tree at the end of November, chased on a number of occasions as this was the only tree i had purchased... 5 weeks later, the tree arrived and all i can say is that i was cat-fished.. It looked like it had been through a house fire..

Contacted Mevano with images of what i had ordered vs when they had sent me.. they wanted to investigate but i didn't see why they needed to as the images was enough evidence..

Finally after sending the tree back, they had received the return and didn't contact me to process my refund.. After tracking it a week later and having to contact them again, they processed the refund straight away!

Think twice before purchasing!

The Product is very easy to assemble. I had Minimal room and use it in different rooms in my house and it is very easy to move from room to room when I am working from home with the laptop perfect.
