I ordered an item which was delivered by Yodel in an unsafe place which was not there when I returned home . Mevano act as a middle man and therefore have no interest in sorting out delivery issues . Yodel push any query back to Mevano and Mevano state there is nothing they can do .
Very poor service and feel ripped off

The ordering process was clear painless. My only gripe was that despite saying that they would inform you when they were dispatching your item I had to chase it and found out it had been dispatched three days earlier. It arrived okay and in one piece which was the main thing. (It was a large mirror)

Ordered on the 15th December with the expected delivery of 3-7 days delivery. Still haven’t received my product, nor any communication from the courier service or mevano. I contacted them, swift replies, turns out it has been lost. They swiftly offered a replacement or refund. (Context, they were so fast at replying to my emails. Until…) I asked if any form of discount or compensation would be offered for the inconvenience, I have waited 25 days for it, worth asking to see if I they would as goodwill. They stopped replying to the email thread as a result. Ive waited 5 days at this point. No refund, no order, no contact.

Save your time, energy and money, they are a scam company. They showed up on Facebook with Sheffield as their location. Which they are not.
