Item sent in January and wasn’t suitable. It’s taken another 2 months to get some sort of resolution.

My order isn’t what I purchased the ad said x5 4-4,5ft cherry laurel hedge plants, I had to chase also to see where my order was as it wasn’t showing on the shop app and no email had been sent re an update.I have been sent 5 cherry laurels but not the above size. I have a screen shot of my conversation with the lady on Facebook. Please send me an email address I can forward these pictures too and also my order that I paid for.

Delivered on time and plants were really well packaged and very healthy. These were a present for my sister and she was very happyto receive them.
