Really diabolical there lack of communication is a disgrace
please beware when you buy anything they do not do refunds try and palm you off with a discount I told them 3 weeks ago I did not want a partial refund
I wanted my money back as the Chrome balls that look great on there website were cheep junk and were no bigger than a tennis ball I am still waiting on them to give me return address and a refund if you want to lose money get messed about please buy everything

I used Mevano for the first time, big mistake. I ordered, as per the website, Harry Potter floating candles. Candles arrived but not what I ordered!! I advised customer services immediately asking for a "returns label" this arrive via email, I printed off but 48 hours later the Post Office returned my parcel advising no one at the address SK6 2QN. Worse experience I've ever had, sorry but it's the truth.
