I've emailed twice about my order, and received no feedback as to where it is. It has not been delivered and I have been waiting now 2 weeks with no tracking information. Terrible service.

Delivery time said 2-4 days, we were going camping and ordered a camping table, came 8 days after i ordered it, we had been camping before delivery came. Not impressed..

I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered in 3-7 days. That was 16 days ago.

I've emailed twice but had no response. I've also tried their WhatsApp chat service which also doesn't respond.

Update: Mevano claimed that the courier attempted to deliver the item but was unable to as I wasn't in. I'm not sure which courier service attempts delivery without contacting the recipient first when they require someone to be in. I'm also surprised they seem the think that means they can keep the item and not process a refund.

Fortunately, I was able to get a refund by going through the PayPal arbitration process. It would have been easier if they'd just given the refund, but at least it ended reasonably well.

Unfortunately i did not read the reviews before ordering, if i had then i would have looked elsewhere. I ordered 4 soses at a cost of £49-96. I was told delivery within 5 days. After 6 days i messaged them, no responce. I emailed them, no response. I telephoned their 24 hour help line, no answer. I tried "whatsapp" again nothing it has taken me almost a month to get my money back and that i believe was because i threatened police involvement. May i suggest if you want what you order then stay away from this company, as far as i am concerned if there had been a minus 5 stars they would have earned it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
