"Dissapointed: Thank you for taking a £10 reduction"

Thank you for taking a £10 reduction, however after waiting two and half weeks and chasing twice our originally £50 fig tree arrive today. We are not impressed and very underwhelmed by the very small size for the cost and wait. I would not recommend a purchase of this product or from this company as a result. Very disappointing and could have purchased much more elsewhere for less and faster

Update - I’ve asked for a refund envelope, which you have said was sent but I’ve not received this

The help facility is not any help currently but I will keep this and Facebook update with progress

I ordered a plant from them on the 23rd April has still not arrived. Sent several e-mails but no replies - looked for a telephone number - number not available. I then get an e-mail asking me to rate my purchase. I have written again to them today - but don't expect an answer judging from my previous e-mails. The chat line on their Website just tries to get you to a social media platform. I have read several reviews on here where people never get their goods or their money back. So I believe it is a Scam. So my advice is DON'T USE.
