I am not happy with either of the items that I've purchased from you I have constantly tried to find out how to return these items without occurring any additional payments and to get a full refund for the items that I have purchased from you.
I am not happy due to the fact that these items are not of merchantable quality the spheres I brought from you are nothing like the photograph that you use for advertising they also one of them arrived dented despite being made of stainless steel as you've claimed.
The tool set has been cheaply molded to be manufactured and I can't see any of that item being useful in the garden for that reason I would like to return both items.
It sounds like you have somebody working for you who has been posting your items for sale on marketplace Facebook which again in my opinion is a breaching standard not to mention misleading advertising as I assumed that I was buying from this person direct and not having to buy from a third party.
Soon as possible I don't have WhatsApp and I am not going to download software onto my laptop just so that I can contact you that I do not use I want a full refund for these items and to return the items to you that are damaged and are not fit for purpose

False advertising. Item is not even close to what is stated in the advert. Also the product was broken on arrival.
Although it was going to be sent back anyway.
A complete waste of time money and effort. I will never buy from them again and advise others to do the same.

"Item never sent, no communication from company"
Not sure why you’re asking for a review as it’s obviously not going to be good. Ordered some seeds using Apple Pay. Two days later I was sent an automated email saying Mevano have issued a refund. No explanation as to why, I assumed it was because they didn’t have the item in question. After another four days and no refund I emailed asking where the refund was and for some form of explanation as to why a refund had been issued. My refund did appear later that day but I’ve still had no communication explaining why the item wasn’t/couldn’t be delivered. So no, not a great experience.

Delivery was great but trying to return package and got a label the would cost £4, the label is only for weight up to 2kg not 5kg and would cost me £13 emailed 3 times for advice and new label not reply as of today
