I am a Town Crier and I ordered one of their beautiful enamelled Jubilee badges for by livery. Their communication was excellent, as was the badge which arrived when they said it would. Superb product at a superb price from a superb business.

Reason 1. It arrived quickly.
Readon 2. It is expensive for what it is.
Reason 3. It arrived and that was all. No invoice, no receipt, but worst of all No Instructions.

Opening it up was childs play, but it has to be carried around and there are no instructions on how to fold it up.
When you do learn the "trick" it only works if the door is in a certain position when the 4 panels are closed up.
It is really hard work - I still cant do it
I did write but got no reply.

Apart from that it's a great piece of kit
