Stay 2/18-2/21 - Voge Residence
First let me say that customer service was great.
I'll start with the negative feedback first.
Sofa bed at living room: safety hazard, the mattress holder is being held by a wire, not part of the sofa bed, looks like a paper clip. We had to hold the bed with the center table.
The beds at the loft had the springs popping out of the mattress.
The game room beds had the same issue, the springs were popping out.
The ping pong table was broken.
The dishwasher doesn't wash the dishes properly.
The coffee maker does not keep the coffee warm, shuts down 10min after it finishes brewing.
The amount of cobwebs on the windows they have.
The screen at the kitchen window falls out when we open the window.
The positive:
The views are beautiful the sheets are clean.

Location was amazing! Quick walk from the slopes. Place was clean and spacious. Highly recommend!

"Wonderful Customer Service On Our Trip"

My friends and I unexpectedly stayed at a different cabin than the one we originally booked- and it ended up being a fantastic experience. On the day of our arrival, Big Bear Cool Cabins kept us updated on our cabin and entry code via text messages, which was a relief that we did not have to drive to the office to receive the keys. When we got there, the cabin was clean, had plenty of space in each room, but unfortunately the hot tub was not working. Our group was really looking forward to enjoying the spa so we contacted BBCC and they sent over maintenance, who then told us the hot tub was broken :( BBCC gave us options to accommodate this situation, including moving us to a different cabin with a working hot tub, at no extra cost. We were pleasantly surprised with this and moved into a new cabin with a gorgeous kitchen and a nice hot tub. Our group had a wonderful time over the weekend thanks to wonderful service from Big Bear Cool Cabin, and we will definitely be using them again.

"Great location"

As a family of 5 (3 small kids) this house was perfect for us. We enjoyed staying in the moonridge heaven cabin. The location is very close, a short 5-8 minute walk to the shops, the ski resort shuttle parking lot for both Snow summit and Big Bear. The cabin was clean, well kept and was comfortable for our family. Even though we brought some games ourselves, they had a few games that we could all enjoy. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed and even some kid plates/cups. I thought all the little bear decorations were really cute. We had the kids do a bear scavenger hunt to count how many bears they can find in the house (22). Thank you for adding to their core memories! Would definitely stay again!

The company had great communication. The place was clean and welcoming. I would definitely use them again.

Everything was in perfect order and very nice. It was relaxing and quite, even though it was a busy holiday weekend.

Great place, perfect for large groups. Very close to the village. Service/management was nice and communicated well.

I love the cabin. It felt really cozy and confi. I will definetely stay again. Also everytime i called if i had a question they will answer. It would be awesome if you guys had some promotions that way guest will return

Great location. Cabin is clean and well stocked. The back yard is great for kids. The neighborhood is very quiet.
