I ordered and received ok, just disappointed in quality...stitch out of place on one of the dogs faces, sent picture to contact after receiving to show how something went wrong in machinery or something and have had no response.

They sent me the wrong item! I paid extra for the sweatshirt upgrade and they sent me a t shirt. I have sent multiple emails (I have received multiple marketing emails in this time though) and STILL haven't received a reply or a resolution to my issue. This was supposed to be a Christmas present! I will change my review once this issue is resolved!
