My question was answered along with a couple of others that cropped up during discussion. I have been very pleased with the enclosure; it is functional and looks really smart. I bought an 8mm sliding door shower screen with end-panel. Amazing product but slightly disappointingly it was missing a part. Normally this would be a hassle and a pain. Not these guys. Nothing felt like it was too much trouble, the parts have been shipped and everything sorted to my satisfaction, with cracking communication. The product is good and the aftercare is amazing. Kudus to Richard Hunt and especially Saskia Adams who sorted everything.

"Replacement shower screen handle"

The handle / towel rail on our shower screen broke off so you would think it would be easy and straightforward to replace it. None of the DIY retailers sell replacements individually, which eventually led me to continue the search myself. A code led me the Aqualux website where I found a screen resembling mine but not identical. I sent a message explaining my issue because I really didn't want to pay for a new screen just to replace the handle. I received a call and we eventually found the spare part which I've now ordered. It was exactly the service I needed from the start.
