"Faulty Products not covered by Guarantee"
I purchased their glass panel (9903p) from Screwfix. It comes with 12-Year Guarantee. It got burst within 7 days. I contacted them regarding for 12-Year Guarantee. All they can respond with is "It is not covered by T&C". When asked for terms and conditions, they have refused to provide it. Even Screwfix doesn't know what the T&C are.

"Found an issue with the waste drain…"
Found an issue with the waste drain when coming to fit, the cover for the drain was out of shape, sent an email explaining and within 12 hours all was sorted, what an excellent response, you don't get this sort of service very often, top quality thank you.

Two centre plastic hinges failed on my bifold shower enclosure and I searched the Internet for a replacement part to no avail.
I contacted Aqualux who couldn't have been more helpful.
The failed parts were not available as spares due to being an integral part of the manufacturing process (that particular product line is also discontinued).
I thought that's where the conversation would end, but no...
Today, I received a full replacement enclosure under warranty and I'd like to thank both Faith and Richard for their excellent customer service and would recommend Aqualux to anyone.

I had a problem with the door not opening properly after a couple of years of use. Emailed the company with the purchase invoice and a short video. They immediately sent a new door replacement. Very impressed with their after-sales service.

My shower had a damaged door upon delivery, however just one email to the company with some photographs of the damaged packaging and chipped glass door had a replacement unit sent out the next day.
Good quality cubicle and absolutely first class customer service.

Great Company to deal with and manufacturers of quality shower screens. I bought an 8mm quarter panel and shower screen about 10 years ago and the chrome still looks like new. The seals were tarnished so I decided to replace them and dismantle the screen to clean and refurbish it. I couldn't get the right parts until I spoke to AL customer service. The main problem was finding the right parts. I was at a loss until I spoke to Hannah at their office and she found out the right part for the screen I had. Thanks Aqualisa and a big thanks to Hannah.

"Super speedy service"
I have just purchased and installed the AQX Edge6 Pivot Silver Clear 900mm shower enclosure.
I found it very straightforward, and I am very pleased with it. My only comment is that the small “lugs” to cover the handle screws are not easy to remove once installed.
I realised I had not tightened the handle sufficiently, and the only option was to pull the cover out using a small screw.
I contacted Aqualux this morning to ask if it would it be possible to be sent a replacement, so that my enclosure can look in prestige condition. They replied within 30 minutes and the parts are being sent to me today. Superb service all round and a great product.

I brought a shower many years ago, I didn’t know the brand or model just a hunch from the eBay seller that it was Aqua???
I contacted Aqualux and sent a few pictures to Richard and he contacted me straight away.
Within in the a couple of days of communicating Richard found the shower from a discontinued range and pointed me to the spare parts I needed which arrived very quickly.
