"I would give them no stars"

I would give them no stars! I’ve ordered from them before and there quality of shoes really suck! They had the soft butter leather now I don’t know what they decided to use now but they aren’t worth it! DO NOT order from here especially if you are out the country because now we have to pay $70 to ship some $300 shoes back that’s damn ridiculous! So I’m paying $70 for some BS that was sent to me! I’m livid and will be writing reviews on every platform possible!

"Retour kwijt"

2 maanden geleden bestelde ik bij dit bedrijf, 2 paar schoenen. Waarvan ik er 1 paar terugstuurde. In verband er geen retourlabel in de doos zat, moest ik deze zelf aanmelden bij het postkantoor.
Na anderhalve halve maand, kreeg ik een bericht van dit bedrijf dat het pakketje nooit in ontvangst is genomen bij hun, en hierdoor eventjes 160 euro kan gaan betalen.
In verband het langer dan een maand geduurd heeft, kon PostNL niks meer voor mij beteken.

Waar de zolen van mijn schoenen los lieten en ik contact moest opnemen met filling pieces wil ik even laten weten dat de afhandeling/oplossing van filling pieces zeer goed was .
Echt uitstekende service.

"Still some improvement needed, but they came through in the end."

Premise: This was the 10th pair of shoes I bought from them and increasingly I found the shoes were getting qualitatively worse. Bought my pair in December, received them in January and within a month of wearing them sporadically, all the internal lining at the back was completely eroded. Compared to a pair a bought years ago (2016) where it is still intact. It's a shame to see a company that prided itself on quality and craftsmanship lower its standards as soon as they make a bit of money. I won't be buying from them again.

*** I have to correct this review and change it to 4* as after I posted this I was contacted by their customer service and even though it took a while, they fixed my problem by reimbursing me the whole amount spent. I also found out that that model of shoes I bought was not available anymore as they admitted it was faulty. I still think they could improve their customer service, and do all the internal lining (also at the back!!!) in leather, but I am going to give them another chance as they ultimately did resolve my issue. Thanks also because I love the shoes so much, and I did not want to stop buying them.

2x de verkeerde schoenen gehad.
3 weken zelf achter de klantenservice aan moeten.
Met dan de reactie ja bestel maar andere schoenen. Totaal niet oplossingsgericht of klantvriendelijk.

"Nice product but sizing was way off"

Nice product but sizing was way off. They do not offer free shipping or free returns. So after spending 500 euros on the jacket I have to pay 150 euros to UPS. The return process was horrible. Another 50 euros and the jacket was held up in customs so they didn’t receive it within 30 days. Now they wont refund me but offer me a store credit.

In a world where great service is now expected, Filling Pieces is providing the exact opposite.

"NEVER buying from them again"

Size guide advertised on their site is wrong so ended up ordering shoes that were too large. Filling Pieces refused to correct the order even though they were at fault - had to pay £25 to return the shoes as they don’t offer free returns. Think twice before buying from this company - take your money then don’t help when things go wrong. Will NEVER buy from them again.

"De schoenen zijn goed en de klantenservice is ook top"

Ik zie hier allemaal negatieve reviews staan, maar persoonlijk kan ik mij daar niet echt in vinden. De klantenservice werkt altijd goed, paar keer kapotte veters gehad, maar ze sturen altijd zonder gedoe en kosten nieuwe op. En ook de kwaliteit van de schoenen vind ik prima. Heb meerdere paren gekocht en ze gaan allemaal aardig lang mee. Het zijn daarnaast ook vooral een van de enige high-end sneakers die er daadwerkelijk goed uit zien en niet patserig ofzoiets.

"Zool geeft kleur af"

Heb vorige maand paar filling pieces gekocht.
Helaas geeft de zool de kleur geel af aan mijn sokken. Witte sokken zijn na een dag dragen vol met gele vlekken.

"Altijd weer die veters"

Zelfde probleem met de veters zoals hieronder door andere mensen beschreven: veters te snel kapot!

Contact gezocht en snel geholpen door hun support desk: veters zouden eraan komen...

Inmiddels 3 weken verder en 3 medewerkers verder.......nada niks nihil....
