"Travel arrangement feedback"

trip to Ularu, Alice Springs, Ghan to Adelaide and return to Sydney, went very smoothly. Tours and events suggested were worthwhile and entertaining. Would have no hesitation in using your staff member,Lauren Boyle, for any future travel experiences. Well done and a big thank you.

"Why Go to Travel agent?"

Agent needs to be more than a booking device, customer needs insightful knowledgeable experience and assistance. Answering questions with, "Ï don't know " or "I am not sure" are not what we are looking for. We may as well wing it on the web. Maybe have a London expert, a Scotland expert, a china stop over expert so the rep in the store can call on the regional travel technician for detailed information. Staff tried her best, but with support she could have been outstanding, and that is what you should be striving to be.
