"Stay in Bali with 2yo Kid"

I have never been in Bali therefore I have put my trust on the studentflight team member to decide where to spend my family vacation. The team member suggested Kuta/Legian, a place that is actually not recommended for family with young kids but its more a party place even on the beach.

"Good options given, fuss free service"

Book well in advance and be prepared to book that day. This is not always an option when details have to be discussed with a travel buddy. But it would have saved us money if we had. The staff are friendly and efficient. I enjoyed the fuss free travel arrangements and would recommend them to anyone.

They were helpful and patient, they got the job done (even though I must have changed it 10 times in the process).

"No compassion"

Our home burnt down in a forest fire 😭 not long after I bought the ticket. I found that I couldn't get a refund of any kind despite the lies told to me upon purchase. I will never use Student Flights again. Horrible experience, dishonest heartless staff.

"Excellent Customer Consultant"

Excellent consultant by the name of Fariz, who assisted me with a last minute return flight MEL to MIA. He was able to book all my connecting flights, and with his own personal experiences, allotted for time for customs and whatnot. Would definitely come back to Fariz for my next trip.

"Very poor service"

The travel agent took weeks to reply to our emails. We constantly had to request documentation about our booking as the documents were not sent to us. Expected better service given we spent over $8.5k on our trip. Very poor service and I would not use a travel agency again. Much easier booking online.

Will from your Ballarat centre seemed stoned when we booked our flights he even admitted to being hungover. Couldn't remember our names. told us our flight arrived in the am when it actually arrived in the pm (which I only noticed days after, I didn't think to look that hard when a travel agent is telling me). Had no follow through with emails or sending through our flight itinerary (I had to go in to the centre twice to get what I needed). Was too interested in selling extra tours like 'bus about' instead of finding out what we wanted to do. We ended up only booking flights with your company and went to another agent in town who took care of us wonderfully and fully booked our 6 week European adventure. The only positive is the flights were well priced. Will's service was appalling

Good communication skills, had a few issues overseas and Ashley from SF shall harbour was quick to help resolve. Bit of an issue with the willcall tickets at Disney, as they said all the details on my voucher were incorrect. Needs more clarification

I needed to book a flight very quickly to get home due to a family emergency. It was booked and dealt with very quickly - nothing was too much trouble. When the airline I booked with announced a 24 hour delay on my connecting flight a few hours before I was due to leave for the airport Charlotte at Student Flights managed to secure a full refund and rebook me on a different airline the same day- again very quickly and very pleasantly. Highly recommend Student Flights.
