My original travel agent was excellent, however she left her job a few weeks after flights were booked. The next agent that I got in touch with never returned my email regarding a car quote, then when our flight got changed by the airline another agent let us know but neglected to tell them about our dietary requirements so my partner barely got to eat on the long flight. I normally organise my own travel and will probably go back to doing this in the future.
