"Refuses any refund no matter the reason"
I logged into my account to cancel or downgrade. The cancelation was not pro-rated so I decided to try and downgrade to a cheaper account for a few months. The chat agent said I had to resubscribe. I did this and clicked the wrong button and paid for 12 months. I immediately changed this to one-month billing.
The chat agent refused to offer a refund. I am filing a Visa dispute.

Literally unbelievable how corrupt these people are. I added a user to my account not realizing the cost was $230+ per year! So then I emailed them literally 3 minutes after adding the user (I have the emails to prove it) telling them I didn't realize the cost associated with adding the user and to please refund the money since I deleted the new user. They wrote back "Hello,
As per our Terms of Use, we do not offer refunds for any downgrades in subscriptions."

Keeps adding features that cannot be disabled, like the one AI tool that is absolute garbage compared to any of the bots that were created year s ago. Now you lose real estate to beta test for livechat

They say 14 day free trial no credit card ... but if a previous website designer happened to have used free chat already then your credit card will be deducted with no warning . Lost 1300$ and they will not return it . And no one ever clicked on the chat anyway .. Be warned.
In response to your reaponse , as 2 persons unknowingly applied for trial on same website , the second put their cc details in and it said would be charged afte trial period but charged straightaway as trial had been used . No warning given to 2nd person.
Thankfully my credit card comp reclaimed money so we have the cash now through force.

They fake in supporting nonprofit organizations.
We spend like 300 dollars monthly in LiveChat, even if we are an official nonprofit organization in Italy. We obviously sent them all the documents provided by Italy's government. But they decided not to accept our application without telling us any reason.
Not professional at all.
Considering that isn't possible to build long-term relationships with them, we skip to another software. You better do the same.
Don't trust in LiveChat and don't try to find support in Dominica.

Livechat.com should be avoided at all costs.
The customer service is very poor, the system is very limited, and the plans are significantly more expensive. If you are considering dealing with this company, please think twice.
You will continue to receive cold responses from them. As far as I can tell, the answers were read from a script.
There will be no refund once you have paid, and no money will be returned to your wallet once you have paid.
Each software package is billed separately, so be cautious when dealing with this company.
My experience with them was disappointing, and I would advise anyone to avoid doing business with them.
It was an extremely disappointing experience.
