Support team are very helpful.
I was comparing features and set up a trial account with a different email address. They then decided to block all of my accounts which was a bit annoying, hence the lower review.
Features are pretty good and design is clean, although there are some features missing that would be helpful and that are available from other livechat software e.g. different trigger messages for different pages.

"Terrible queue management"
The livechat on Ryanair has really bad user experience. Mostly because of the queue management.
1. The entry form where you enter your name flashes between "agents not available" and the form, making it impossible to enter anything.
2. You cannot use the chat on mobile devices because, when the device closes, the connection is lost completely and your queue position is reset. A 5 min grace period or so would be great. Or something else. How hard can it be to have asynchronous communication with a browser app?
3. When you are in the queue and the waiting time is longer than the opening hours, you do not get notified but continue to stay in the queue (for hours), hoping to still get on...
This might work okay when there is no queue, but there is no way to tell if you never make it there.

I had a good experience with them - setup and configuration was easy and quick, LiveChat looks good on my website and customers are happy they can contact us immediately. Their support is good too.
