Carmina customer service, logistics department and shoemakers have once again proved to be extremely helpful and useful! To cut the long story short, they went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with a heel on my used Carmina boots. Carmina replaced the heels free of charge and negotiated with the Spanish post to retrieve my shipment, which was stuck in transit for weeks. I am especially grateful to Ariadna from customer service, she is such a wonderful person.

Shoe didn’t fit, had to return for exchange and pay usd $150 for shipping, they don’t cover return shipping … which is really unfair

Not only is the shoe i received in perfect condition and the quality is oustanding, but also have i never witnessed such a good customer service. as the show was still in production when i ordered it, they told me it takes up to 60 days, which shows me the quality and value of the shoe. But as i told them it is a birthday gift, they actually send the shoe after 30 days! thank you so much and best wishes

Lighting fast shipping to the US. Had them within 3 days of ordering. Sizing was consistent with other oxfords I've worn and the quality of the shoe is superb.

"No refund! Parcel gets returned again and again!"
Trying to return a pair of shoes since several month. The parcel arrives in Spain. Customs then contact Carmina. Carmina has to take action to clear the parcel. But Carmina does not react. Customs are then forced to send back the parcel to its destination of origin. The first time Carmina told me, a document was missing therefore they could not accept the parcel. Spanish Customs and the Swiss post told me Carmina did not react upon there requests. The second time I sent the parcel, I again coordinate everything with „Marie“ from Carmina customer support. Again I included all of the documents and shared the tracking number with Marie - all according to her instructions. Over E-Mail I tried to stay in comtact with Marie to coordinate each step. Marie did not answer anymore. Today I received the parcel back. Spanish customs and Swiss postal office are both telling me the same story again. Carmina shoes does not cooperate. I am therefore still waiting vor my refund. It has been 6M now. (…and each time, I have to pay >usd 50.- in patcel fees)

"Great boots but poor after sales customer service"
Beautiful shoes and boots, however quality control may not be as good as it should be for the price you pay. Customer service is definitely below expectations for such a brand when emailing the office in Mallorca and they definitely need some training. Customer service in store for me personally was amazing.
Personally I would think twice before getting into the brand as once you make a purchase, exchanging, returns and any issues you may have later on will be a head ache to solve if you are dealing with the office.

"Excellent shoes and great customer service"
I have shopped with Carmina for multiple times and I can say each time the experience has been awesome. I am very particular with the types of ladies shoes (Oxford) I like and it had taken me years before I found a shoemarker that could make them with guaranteed quality. The shoes are absolutely gorgeous and really comfortable to wear. I would also like to say that the customer service experience has been top-notch. Marie and her team have been so patient and helpful answering my random questions about the shoes, and in a recent occasion where DHL messed up the shipment, they solved the issue really timely and effectively. I can tell the care Carmina has put into the shoe-making as well as customer service.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. Absolutely no understanding of a situation that was very clearly down to a poorly designed website. To compound the issue forgot to send one of the items along with what I ordered. Would do well to invest in some customer service training for their staff. Never dealt with a company this poor on that front, especially when paying for high value items. Overall incredibly useless and would not recommend to anyone. Buy your leather shoes from somewhere else!

"I ordered 3 pair of shoes and its sad"
I ordered 3 pair of shoes. 1 cordovan which came with ugly glue mark (its there to remain forever and very noticeable) on the top, very bad leather used (spots everywhere and uneven surface) - its sad for a whopping 750EUR shoe. My another pair a lizard shoe is now on its 4th month and still waiting.
