"Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service"
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. THE WORST. And I'm not one to post these kinds of reviews. Marie is absolutely an embarrassment to agents internationally and will constantly lie to you saying that a resolution is in progress when it absolutely is not. I followed up with them multiple times on a refund request, which she said that there were some delays but to expect within a week. Nothing. They just want you to forget and go off with your money. Such a ridiculous experience. Save yourself the time and energy.

They made a mistake regarding the shipping of my shoes, I paid over 1000 euros, 4 months later I haven't received a refund nor the shoes. Their customer service is so bad. They truly don't care about stealing my money.

Beautiful shoes! Would gladly buy the product again if sold by someone else. That being said, I will not be purchasing again from Carmina due to customer service. Both forms of communication (via email and by phone), while responsive, was lackluster and unacceptable. 5 stars for the shoes and 1 star for the customer service. Rounding up to 3 stars is quite generous.

2nd purchase, shoes weren’t in stock and needed 60 days from purchase to delivery because they need to manufacture new ones. My surprise I received a message after 40 days saying shoes shipped and 5 days later get it delivered home…total 45 days and amazing shoes like always. I recommend

I bought a pair of women’s derbys at the 53rd/Madison Ave store that I love. The sales woman was very helpful finding my correct size and even ran down to the other store to get a pair to show me (which I did not buy). I thought that customer service was wonderful. The shoes are beautifully made, comfortable and very walkable. Ordered a second pair online. Very happy with my experience at Carmina. The online order arrived perfectly in less than a week.

"Worst customer service, borders on fraud"
Worst customer service, borders on fraud - the webshop has technical problems which leads to Klarna Bank debiting the money but not confirming the order with Carmina. After many calls and emails, Carminas advice came to order again, because I get a refund for the failed order anyway. Ordered again with a different bank card - same problem: money debited, no order confirmed. Comment from Klarna Bank: this is the fault of the Carmina webshop, we will transfer the money back within the next 14 working days. Comment Carmina: stay calm, that's between you and the bank. Bottom Line: Paid 2 times for one pair of shoes, money gone, no shoes, communication with me on the part of Carmina stopped. Bravo Carmina

"Worn shoes, showing scarred soles are being sold as new`"
I bought two pairs of unlined moccasins in June.
One pair has scratched soles showing they had been
worn and are not new. Answering my e mail, where I
asked for indemnization, Carmina proposed I send them
the damaged pair so the soles could be polished in the
factory. Furthermore they point out that this type of damage could not occur since they only sell new, unworn shoes, which is a lie.
