"I highly recommend Pay.com.au"

I've been on the platform for a good 6 months now, I've to say I'm really enjoying it. All my business transactions are done and paid for via the platform, and it has supercharged my Qantas Business Rewards!

People that work there are helpful and courteous, and I've the pleasure in dealing with Brandon from day one that I've been with them.

"Review - Japan 2024 through PayTravel"

I have been a full fee member with Pay.com.au for a few years now. At the start of last year, I engaged their travel services to organise and book a trip to Japan for a month in December 2024 including the entire Disney experience for my 4 year old daughter, flights, hotels and domestic travel within Japan. Through the time organising the trip, Liz Jacobson was wonderful, efficient, organised, approachable and on the ball with everything. Even when we had a minor hiccup in Japan, she was reachable instantly and helped us figure out how to navigate the situation.

Having just returned back home, we are already contemplating our next holiday to another Disney destination and will definitely be using Liz and PayTravel’s services again.

"Marginal at best"

Payments take up to 6 days, I processed a payment this morning "for today 24th," but notified it might be up to the 30th ....which is ridiculous in this day and age. This has happened before, and I have missed due dates, they keep promising to address it but never have.
The benefit is marginal (2.5 pts = 1 Qantas point) the fees are tooo high and if you have any FBT issues or CC fees, especially Amex, you are going backwards.

"DO YOU HOMEWORK AS THE REVIEWS ARE NOT RELAYING THE TRUTH"

Obviously the reviews are not true as the system does not outline the truth til you actually commit. The points structure or rewards as they call it only pays you out 1 point to every 2.5 and on top of this you pay a large fee on money transfers. We understand you still need to make some money to run the business but you need to be careful because It was only when I queried the fee they said to use your bank account instead of a debit card or credit card as the fees are cheaper but if you do use a debit card or credit card the fees could cost you over $60 for every $1000 transfer or bill you pay. You are then promised all these points and on our first transfer where $1000 payment was to gain you 2000 points, which when it was transferred to our preferred partner only then received 500 leaving us 750 points. That means for every point transferred it was 2.5 to 1 meaning that the company withholds 1.5points. When we tried to transfer the remaining balance of 750 points there is a locked in minimum of 500 points meaning that we could not transfer the rest due to the 2.5 to 1 ratio . Please be careful when uploading and paying bills through this system as the rewards are not correct and the fees are or could become very costly.
