"NOT bad but NOT AMAZING!"
I have been mostly pleased up to this point. Although when trying to get our business up a running we began getting charged before we had even opened. And when we asked if there was a way to defer the payments until we opened we never really received a response. So we paid for about 4 months and were not able to use it as we were not running yet.

Not many functions and they will force you to stay with them as they have no early exit fee, avoid, there are many better options out there

Still trying to get a positive response from Customer Service. They are holding me to a two year contract stating that I am bound after the three month on-boarding. They did not complete set-up of my online system until a week before that deadline. Guess what?
Their online ordering system wouldn't work for me - no presales, no advance ordering. THEY SOLD ME THIS SYSTEM SO THAT I COULD SELL TICKETS. Now they refuse to let me go, even though I have no use for the hardware and software I purchased.
Beware.
PS - I have spoken with Carly (below/customer service) several times already. Last time she was going to check with a manager to see if they could offer us one month credit on our fees. I haven't heard further. Terrible.

"We have used TouchBistro for six months…"
We have used TouchBistro for six months at our Brew Pub. The system was relatively easy to set up and has worked well. Their tech support team has generally been very responsive. We have only had one or two system crashes that were fixed quickly for us. TouchBistro has some limitations, but they take our feedback and try to make changes based on the need. The reservation system works well and saved us money versus other non-integrated systems. We have the unlimited license package with the Loyalty package. We are just getting the Loyalty program up and running and expect it to drive loyalty and volume with existing customers. Overall, we are pleased with TouchBistro and would recommend it to others.
