"Disappointed as when arrive plant was…"

Disappointed as when arrive plant was too big for pot that was ordered with it. Sent photo and said will send another but when eventually arrived was the same pot still to small. Have informed but no response as yet.

I love this website! The plants, the pots, the gifts and the customer service. In my first package the booklets were forgotten. I emailed and they were shipped out the next day. Most recently my order was put through and delivered in 2 days, from the Netherlands!!! I can't thank this company enough for their little pick me ups. I think I will get some extra plants in between monthly subscriptions soon! Thank you Bloombox Club 🖤

"Bad packaging"

Bad packaging - somehow the plants were loose in the box and leaves were damaged. The banana plant was far smaller than expected and is in very bad condition. The silver inch and zz plant are ok.

Best subscription I've ever set up. The plants are beautiful, the information cards have helped me keep them alive and the pots are of high quality and 100% worth the monthly subscription! I've referred friends and can hand on heart say the house plants have not only brightened up the environment but have done wonders for my mindfulness. Every plant has arrived perfectly packaged and in one piece. We spend each month waiting for the next one to arrive. Completely recommend.

I’m now on my 4th replacement pot as either the incorrect size has been delivered or the pot has been delivered smashed. Slow response from the support team. Replacement pot sent again despite me saying I would like a refund instead.

"Failed to deliver"

Took my order. It just stopped at "courier waiting for parcel" for days and nobody told me anything. They then said they'd been an error, and refunded the order. It was a gift for someone so this was all very disappointing.
