"Excellent service and great plant"

The Calathea I was sent arrived in excellent condition a really great plant. It has continued to thrive. The packaging around the plant was excellent so it was well protected. If and when I want another plant for indoors I will use this company as my first point of call.

"Part of order not delivered"

Ordered 8 plants and pots as gifts. Pots were not delivered and this had not been flagged to me in advance. When I asked where the pots were, I just received a refund notice - had to push for further explanation. Eventually shipping was refunded too. Plants were nice, but was not happy with service.

Great company! The plants are all really high quality and still thriving several years on.
Customer service has been great, both in response time and efficiency.
Can’t fault them really.

"Just shockingly unprofessional and…"

Just shockingly unprofessional and inefficient. My order was delayed by 10 days with no message or communication at all. Finally a message to tell me that they could not fulfil my order. It was intended as a birthday gift which is now too late. Terrible.

"Terrible customer service"

My order was delayed due to brexit and/or lockdown which would be fine if I had received more communication about the issue. As well as the lack of communication the money was taken out of my account despite the fact that it was clear you did not know when my order was going to be dispatched. When I questioned this and asked what would happen if I did cancel my subscription, you just decided to go ahead and cancel my subscription without my asking you to do so. You sent a email back apologising but made no attempt to fix the issue. You have received a great deal of money from me over the last year but my custom obviously means nothing. I will make sure all steer clear of using you in future

"Brightens my outlook, and my day!"

I'm so happy with my subscription, the plants are beautiful and this gives me something to look forward to each month and the confidence I need to know I can keep the plant healthy and care for it well. I hadn't even realised how often I would forget to open the curtains for sunshine, and because the plants need light having them around has literally been making my days brighter.

Even though plants are nice, it's expensive and way over-packaged. Nice pots too but it just seems a little too much. I thought about it since I've had my 3rd delivery now and I'm still hoping that number four is going to be a for wow me. OFC I love the booklets with info. And the free gift with a spray bottle was lovely.

Would I stay after delivery four no, It would have to blow my mind? Did research on what I could buy and receive as a £40 monthly subscription. And the answer is just NO.

OFC I'm not gonna tell you what the first 3 months of plants & pots looked like cause that will spoil your surprise. But if you're a serious plant collector like myself this is not value for money!

"Received plant with root rot- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!"

I received a cactus as a gift and it looked amazing but had a small brown mark on it. I am no plant expert and presumed the brown mark was due to poor packaging and transportation. After a few weeks the brown mark had grown significantly and I was informed in was root rot. I had not watered the cactus at all since it arrived as it is winter and the dormant period for cacti. The plant clearly was not sufficiently cared for at their warehouse and it had been suffering root rot awhile before it came to me. Because I did not reach out to them within 14 days I was told I could not get a refund or a replacement. Very unfair that a company who prides itself on its unique healthy plants supplies damaged ones with root rot and you are left to your own devises to fix it. Avoid at all costs- there are many other plant providers who actually care for their plants properly and have better customer care!
