"Very poor expereince and much better suppliers about"

Very poor expereince.

Communication from the company not good, taking days to reply to emails with vague information. Plant arrived over a week late, dead in a broken pot! After another two days they agreed to send another one FOC which was tatty and lifeless so in the end, I gave up. I would really look at alternatives

"Disappointed. I activated my 6 monthly plant…"

I activated a 6 monthly plant prescription for a special Christmas present on the 11th December 2020, in hope it would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, after me having to chase it up it was apparently ’ lost’ in transit and they weren’t prepared to do anything until the following months subscription date which is 11th January 2021. Upon numerous emails from my behalf, wondering wether this person will get her present at all, or even in the right order. Apparently, there were hold ups with the border problems in France and maybe problems due to brexit as they come from Amsterdam. I am yet to see if anything arrives. Even though customer service eventually answer my questions, I’m not impressed so far by their lack of care to get this sorted. I was left looking like I’d forgotten this special person’s Christmas present, which upset me greatly. For a gift worth over £200 I’d expect better customer service. I will update.

Beautiful plants and the quality is a joy that lingers. Sometimes the order doesn’t arrive altogether but customer service are on the ball. I can happily recommend.

"Minimum spend !!!!!!!!"

Minimum spend !!!!!!!!. A pet hate of mine, I could understand if there was a minimum spend to achieve free postage that’s no problem at all. But a minimum spend plus postage isn’t fair at all.

I used the subscription service for a few months and have been really impressed by the quality of the plants, pots and packaging for delivery. The element of surprise is lovely too as my favourite plant is now one I wouldn’t have chosen for myself.

My go to plant shop. The plants I get from them are always of such a high quality. Packages always arrive on time and with all the information needed to care for your new plant. Been one of their club members for 3 months now and I am yet to be disappointed.

All the plants I've received have been lovely and healthy, the pots are beautiful and compliment that plants.
Packaging is very good and the plants have always arrived undamaged. I always look forward to my next order.

I love the service you provide but i would like more rare plants selection so that I could buy between my plant subscriptions, also a multitude of different subscriptions would be nice so that we could choose depending on how much we would like to spend.
