Absolutely brilliant company! Fast response to my queries. Postage was fast from Holland. Packaged really well. My Varigated Euphorbia was intact (I was nervous incase it came broken) better then the website image imo. There's no way I would of found one in any garden centre so very unique!

Would’ve kept my subscription if they’d use a different carrier.
They use DHL for me, the email they send has a link to download an app to track it but it still doesn’t give up to date information. I complained and just got the standard “it’s the courier, nowt to do with us” response.
I’ve only had 3 plants delivered and not been in for one. I complained as I don’t want anything going to my neighbours but I don’t even have the option to change delivery details until after they’ve delivered.
So unfortunately I’ve had to cancel my subscription and will be finding another plant subscription.
You’d think £35 a month (majority of costs likely goes towards the delivery and packaging) they’d use a courier who could provide something as basic as tracking/option to redirect. It’s 2020.
So if you don’t mind packages arriving unannounced, then this is the plant service for you.
I loved the plants and love the idea of new ones every month but the shipping service lets you down, I can see I’m not the only one here complaining, which means there’s mound to be loads more as we are only the vocal ones.
Sort it out.

"Disappointing experience"
The first plant received was smaller than I’d thought. I’d look through previous plants and they seemed to be more mature. The plant was nice and in a lovely pot but it didn’t last very long (I followed the instructions given).
It’s a shame as I’ve been wanting to use Bloombox for a long time but thought it too pricey. I bit the bullet and went for it and was quite disappointed. I love plants and should have just gone to my garden centre.
The plant was well packaged when it arrived, although I didn’t receive an email notification it had been delivered, and Hermes didn’t update their tracking until well afterwards. It now states the correct time for delivery on its tracking but it never did at the time! This is more Hermes’ problem than Bloombox but maybe an issue they might want to be aware of if it’s happening to lots of people. It just means I found the plant a couple of days after I should have!
